Meaning
〜ても expresses concession, showing that an action occurs or a situation holds true regardless of the condition in the first clause. It's often used with adverbs like 'たとえ' (even if) or 'もし' (if). When combined with question words (何、どんな、いつ, etc.), it takes on meanings like 'anything,' 'any kind of,' or 'no matter when.'
