1. Service Description

Unithing (unithing.org) provides Japanese learning tools including article reading, kanji practice, vocabulary lookup, and JLPT exam practice.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

3. Pro Plan Payment Terms

• The Pro plan is a one-time payment granting access for a fixed period (1 month / 3 months / 6 months / 2 years).
• Access reverts to the free plan when the period expires. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• As a digital service, payments are non-refundable once completed. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy site content in bulk
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the service
• Share accounts or circumvent usage quotas in any way

5. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. If the service is discontinued, paid users with remaining access will be handled fairly.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
