Meaning
This pattern uses the past tense form (た形) of verbs to list multiple example actions. It's used when you want to give representative examples from many possible actions. The tense of the entire sentence is shown at the end with the final verb. This pattern cannot be used for sequential actions—use the て形 pattern instead when actions must follow a specific order.
