Meaning
〜ましょうか is used to invite someone to do something together while politely asking for their consent and leaving the decision to them. It expresses respect for the listener's preference and creates a collaborative tone. Unlike ましょう (which assumes acceptance), ましょうか explicitly asks the listener whether they agree with the proposed action.
