Meaning
This pattern is used to express the superlative degree of an adjective. When stating that noun 2 has the highest degree of a quality within the range of noun 1, use いちばん (most) + adjective. The scope is often marked with の中で (within/among), and questions typically use question words like 何 (what), どこ (where), だれ (who), or いつ (when).
