Meaning
The ~がる pattern is used to express what someone else wants to do or desires. It is never used to express your own desires or feelings. This pattern attaches to the stem of verbs (ます form without ます), い-adjectives, and な-adjectives to indicate that a third party wants something or has a certain emotion.
